About the Property

A newly refurbished three/four-bedroom duplex apartment that occupies the second and third floors of this attractive period building in the heart of SW3, with the added benefit of having two outdoor areas. On entering the flat at the first floor landing, a private stairway leads you to the bedroom accommodation. The main feature of this floor is the principal bedroom with bespoke built-in wardrobes and an en suite. There are three further bedrooms, one of which would also work well as a study, and a family bathroom.

The top floor is all about entertainment, with a massive open plan kitchen, living, and dining area which leads out to a private, west-facing terrace. An additional WC and utility area are located next to the kitchen. The benefits do not end here as a beautifully designed staircase takes you up to the top floor roof terrace which spans the whole of the building and offers incredible 360-degree views across London.

Located in between the Kings Road and Fulham Road the property benefits from easy access to a host of amenities. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants as well excellent transport links, whether that is the Circle and District Lines from South Kensington or Gloucester Road Tube Stations, or the numerous bus routes that are accessed from the Fulham Road.
